A Christmas worth lingering over

Christmas Day is all about good food and time together.

Our Head Chef Liam Frisby and his team have created an indulgent multi-course Christmas Day lunch, beginning with a welcome drink and homemade breads before a choice of seasonal starters.

For the main event, there’s traditional Norfolk Bronze turkey with all the trimmings, Beef Wellington, lemon sole or a wild mushroom and chestnut Wellington.

And because it wouldn’t be Christmas without something sweet, choose from Christmas chocolate delice, clementine crème brûlée or traditional Christmas pudding, followed by tea, coffee and petit fours.

No shopping. No washing up. Just a long Christmas lunch overlooking Freshwater Bay.

Boxing Day, the Albion way

After the celebrations of Christmas Day, Boxing Day calls for something altogether more relaxed.

Start with a blustery walk by the sea, then join us between 11am and 3pm for Boxing Day Brunch.

Go traditional with The Albion Boxing Day Breakfast, opt for turkey & stuffing Benedict or smoked haddock kedgeree, or make a proper occasion of it with steak & eggs. There are also buttermilk pancakes, wild mushroom & truffle brioche and comforting favourites including turkey, ham & leek pie and Albion fish pie.

And if Christmas pudding for breakfast sounds entirely acceptable at this time of year, our warm Christmas pudding French toast comes with brandy custard, orange and vanilla ice cream.
