Discover John Dory with crab crumpet and hazelnut Champagne sauce, venison with smoked beetroot and pickled blackberries, or truffle pappardelle with chestnut cream and shaved winter truffle. Finish with our spiced pumpkin tart, served with maple ice cream and pecan croquant or our signature ‘On The Rocks’ decadent dessert.
