New Year’s Day Brunch by the Bay

Settle in beside the bay for a relaxed New Year’s Day brunch, featuring comforting brunch classics, indulgent specials and a few restorative favourites – whether you are craving a traditional Full English, perfectly poached eggs or something altogether more decadent.
Our chefs have created a generous à la carte menu especially for the occasion. Choose from Eggs Royale with smoked salmon and Champagne hollandaise, buttermilk pancakes with caramelised banana, or smoked haddock kedgeree with curried rice and a soft-boiled egg.
For a celebratory start to the year, discover our New Year specials. Highlights include grilled sirloin steak and eggs with crispy potatoes and peppercorn sauce; a warm buttered lobster brioche roll; crispy buttermilk chicken and waffles with smoked bacon and hot honey maple gravy; and our Recovery Burger, layered with dry-aged beef, smoked bacon, cheddar and a fried egg.
Vegetarian guests can enjoy dishes including Wild Mushroom Benedict and truffle pappardelle with chestnut cream, confit egg yolk, aged Parmesan and winter truffle.
And because New Year’s Day calls for a little indulgence, save room for something sweet—from brioche French toast with roasted apple, cinnamon caramel and vanilla ice cream to a dark chocolate waffle with salted caramel and hazelnut praline.
