Join us at The Albion for an indulgent Christmas Day lunch created by Head Chef Liam Frisby and his team, bringing together festive favourites, seasonal ingredients and a few distinctly Albion touches.
Your Christmas Day begins with a welcome drink on arrival, followed by homemade breads and cultured butters for the table.
Choose from starters including native lobster & hand-dived scallop, pressed chicken & foie gras terrine or roasted celeriac velouté with black truffle, toasted hazelnuts and brown butter.
For the main event, traditional Norfolk Bronze turkey comes with all the trimmings — confit leg, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, duck-fat roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, roasted parsnips, Brussels sprouts with pancetta, braised red cabbage and rich turkey gravy.
Alternatively, choose Beef Wellington, lemon sole or wild mushroom & chestnut Wellington.
And because it wouldn’t be Christmas without something sweet, choose from Christmas chocolate delice, clementine crème brûlée or traditional Christmas pudding, followed by tea, coffee and petit fours.
